Brewed as a simple test of my new Brewzilla. Good job I did because the PID blew well past my mash temps. For the majority of the mash temps were somewhere around 75C. I couldn’t find Northern Brewer hops when I was putting in my grain order, so I just used Magnum in the boil and whirlpooled some Centennial. Oh and 20g each of Centennial and Idaho 7 in the keg to see what would happen.

44333.5Floral minty hop aroma was pleasant! Very dry like dry toast, toasty and bready. Typical american hop aromas. Nicely brewed.
