Brewed in collaboration with the legendary Trillium Brewery from Canton, Massachusetts, USA. to create something to highlight the newest Valley we have found and bring back some of those nostalgic classics.
This event is not just a celebration of the best of craft beer but a highlight of the hops terroir.
Our travels over the years have taken us from the valleys of New Zealand, the natural beauty that is Derwent Valley Tasmania, to some of the most fertile hop fields of the U.S. Yakima Valley, all on the quest for that perfect valley hop.
