  • .75Kg Lactose

Mash Steps

  • Mash In: 64°C for 60min
  • Mash Out: 76°C for 10min

Fermentation Stages

  • Primary Fermentation: 24°C for 2 days
  • Secondary Fermentation: 18°C for 7 days
  • Tertiary Fermentation: 6°C for 7 days
  • Cold Crash: 1°C for 2 days
