Brew Notes

Clone recipe by Karl from Brewtopia Petone (formerlly http://shop.brewtopia.net.nz) when he had the shop on Jackson Street. Karl’s recipes were formative for my learning and helping calibrate quantities and volumes to my kit. This promted me to build my own brewing website and add my own brews/recipes to share and hopefully be helpful for anyone learning: Train Effect

First brew using the Brewzillan 35L Gen4! I had to remind myself how to brew remembering the many Occasional Brewer brews done in the past.

Brewed with Dad, bottled with Jacqui.

No top up required.

I forgot to take final gravity at bottling stage so ABV is an estimate.
